Services

Red Rock Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services throughout Southern Utah. Our services include but are not limited to general plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, water treatment, sewer line services, and emergency plumbing.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable local regulations. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including situations where job conditions present safety concerns or fall outside our scope of expertise.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide upfront estimates for all plumbing work before beginning service. Our estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment.

• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the course of work, including hidden damage, code compliance requirements, or additional repairs identified once work has begun.
• If the scope of work changes or additional costs arise, we will communicate any changes to you and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

• We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
• Financing options are available through our partner Wisetack for qualifying customers. Financing terms and approval are subject to Wisetack's own terms and conditions.
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of work. Deposit terms will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
• Overdue balances may be subject to collection efforts and applicable late fees.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of our service.

• Specific warranty terms and duration are provided with each service and vary based on the type of work performed.
• Warranty coverage applies to labor and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to parts and equipment installed.
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly by contacting us directly. We will assess and address valid warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Rock Plumbing & Drain Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
